Group Description :
Please show your interest in joining Yoga group 3 by responding to this registration group. This is intended to be a beginners yoga class but all levels are welcome. The session will be run by two qualified yoga teachers who will teach on alternate weeks. The cost of each session is £6.00 with £24.00 payable monthly in advance. The intention is for the group to take place on a Monday 2pm to 3pm at the Victoria Club where there is plenty of parking. All applicants must be able to get up from the floor unaided. Equipment needed: a yoga mat and a warm blanket. And a yoga strap.
