Group Description :

Intermediate Yoga under instruction.

9 15-10;30Wednesdays @ Vic Club.

Please note that to attend the Yoga class it is important that all individuals must be able to get up and down from the mat unaided.

Each individual will require to bring to class the following:
A yoga mat, two blocks, a yoga belt. And a blanket or fleece.


Classes will be paid 4 weeks in advance and cost £20..00
