Group Description :
Guided meditation takes the participant on a journey within themselves. There they may discover that they hold an inner wisdom, perfectly attuned to the being that they really are. It is the purpose of guided meditation to help the participant to discover and learn to trust this inner intelligence and live their lives guided by their own inner Truth. This process connects people with their own innate spirituality
It is a way of taking time out for yourself and discovering that inner peace, which is so important in our world today.
After the meditation, there will be the opportunity to ask questions about any aspect of the process and share experiences if the participants so wish.
The meditation itself will be 20-30 minutes with ample time for discussion afterwards.
Proposed day- Mondays from10-11a.m.
