Group Details For Zen Art meditation


Group Description :
The aim of the group is to get away, still the mind and escape from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. We will use brush and ink as a tool to help quieten our minds and get into the here and now. It will all be conducted sitting comfortably on a chair. Concentrating on each brush stroke is meditation. Watching the ink flow is meditation. Feeling an object is meditation. The subscription cost will be £9 per month paid in advance.
