Walk: This 5 mile walk on Wed 14 May will start and end at the Swettenham Arms in Swettenham – CW12 2LF

We will start the walk by passing through the Lovell Quinta Arboretum, where I hope that rhododendrons will be in bloom.

If you are a member of the RHS, please bring your card or number with you. If not, please bring £2.50 in cash for a donation to the National Garden Society.

Terrain:  Tracks, a few fields, and minor roads with a couple of styles. Good boots strongly recommended – especially if it is raining by then. 
PLEASE BRING A CHANGE OF FOOTWEAR and a BOOT BAG IF YOU ARE CAR-SHARING AND/OR EATING AT THE PUB.

Meet: Holmes Chapel Community Centre for 09:30 am for any car sharing to Goostrey.

Start: Meet at the pub at 09:45am please, so that we can start walking at 10:00am.
Break: Usual short break part way round.
Lunch: I have reserved a table at The Swettenham Arms and will need to pre-book if there are more than 8 of us.
