Group Description :
An opportunity to make your own wines from natural wild fruit and flowers and everyday food products. Members who are relatively inexperienced can learn from the “old hands”, so this complies with the original U3A ethos of learning something new.
The modest initial outlay for some basic components and ingredients will be off-set by free fermenting vessels (demi-johns) for the first five applicants, and all other equipment required will be bulk- bought to keep things low-cost.
